Kalajoki offers various options for hosting a meeting, leisure day, or team-building day. With us, you can hold a meeting while sitting on the rocks or walking through the forest. We have meeting spaces for groups of all sizes. For leisure days, we offer a wide range of activities. Request a quote from Hiekka Booking, and we will suggest a program and assist in creating a successful event. We also offer quality accommodation for multi-day events. We aim to respond to all quote requests with a ready proposal by the next business day!
We can provide a single invoice for the entire package, if desired.
Marina Chalets Meeting Room
The meeting room at Marina Chalets Majakka is brand new, stylish, and bright, offering a sea view for up to 20 people. The meeting room is equipped with a diplomatic table for 20 people, a 75″ television with HDMI connection, wireless internet, and a kitchen with a coffee set for 25 people. You can order meeting coffee breaks and other meals to be delivered to the room in advance, or alternatively, you can brew coffee yourself in the room! The meeting room is also connected to a sauna area for 10 people, complete with a separate changing room, which can be rented together with the meeting room. Accommodation for larger groups is also available in the same building. Various meeting and leisure days are thus easily arranged at this location!

Day Meeting at Marina Chalets Meeting Room
The meeting package includes:
• Meeting room rental

The meeting room is equipped with a 75″ television, a flipchart, and Wi-Fi. The room offers a sea view and good ventilation.
The diplomatic table in the Marina Chalets-meeting room can accommodate up to 20 people for meetings.

Overnight Meeting at Marina Chalets
The meeting package includes:
• Meeting room rental on the arrival day from 8 AM to 4 PM and on the departure day from 8 AM to 12 PM
• 1 x coffee break with coffee/tea and sweet/savory pastries on both days
• Lunch at a nearby restaurant on both days
• Overnight stay in a Marina Chalets 1-2 person studio apartment with a sea view, including breakfast
• Dinner and additional programs can be arranged for the meeting day for an extra fee
