Check in time to our holiday apartments is from 4 p.m. and check out is 12 p.m. (noon).

When staying in Hiekka Booking holiday apartments, you will receive instructions how to check in via your email in your arrival day. Keys to the apartments are in a keybox, which is situated next to the apartment’s outdoor. Hiekka Booking will send you the keycode with other instructions in your arrival day. This is why you can check in whenever it suits for you, without a visit to our office.

When staying in Hiekka Booking apartments, you can clean the apartment by yourself after checking out or either order final cleaning service from us. Final cleaning must be ordered in advance and it costs 95-150 EUR depending size of the apartment. If the apartment is not cleaned properly after check out, we will charge the cleaning fee afterwards with 15 EUR office fee.

In Marina Chalets final cleaning and bed linen are always included to the room prices.

In Hiekka Booking apartments you can choose, will you bring your own bed linen and towels or would you like to rent them from us.

Costs:

• Bed linen with towels 15 €/ person
• Bed linen and towels made in bed 25 €/ persons

If you need bed linen to your apartment, we recommend you to order them in advance. If you forget them, no worries! You can always call us and we bring the needed bed linen to your apartment also in short notice.

In Marina Chalets apartments final cleaning and bed linen are always included to the room price.

Hiekka Booking has apartments where you can bring pets with you. Pet friendly apartments are easy to find from our own booking system. Pets are welcome free of charge!
